The mission impossible- help me find this butter ring coffee cake recipe

Aine says thank you for her Bday wishes!!! We had a nice day and lots of cuddles were had. Mostly by me.

Now can you all help me with my two current missions? Finding the recipe to this butter ring coffee cake(below) and butter cookies that melt in your mouth like buttah(picture forthcoming).
