I think it is time I transpose my pumpkin bread recipe to a proper recipe card!

Yes, it is much loved because it is so yummy!
And here is the recipe!
Preheat oven to 350. Prep two loaf pans with lining the bottom with wax paper and Pam if you want.
Ingredients
2/3 cup margarine
2 2/3 cups sugar
4 eggs
1 can of pumpkin
2/3 water
3 1/3 cups flour
2 teaspoons of baking soda
1 1/2 teaspoons of salt
1/2 teaspoons of baking powder
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
1/2 teaspoons of ground cloves
Directions
Mix shorting and sugar well with a hand mixer.
Add eggs one at a time- mix
Add water and pumpkin - mix
Mix flour, baking soda, salt, baking powder, cinnamon and ground cloves together in a separate bowl. Slowly add flower mixture to pumpkin mixture.
Separate the mixture into the two loaf pans - make sure that they are equal portions.
Cook for 65-70 minutes. Test the bread to make sure it is cooked all te way.
Cool on a cookie rack.
Once cooled, I wrap them in wax paper and than foil. I let them set over night and when you wake up the bread top is so soft and nummy!
Will post Picts tomorrow! I am off to needle felt! Of the house someplace so good! Happy baking! Nan and Aine.
