Still trying to get into the zone of measuring, weighing, shopping two times a week - and we have not even got to the exercising yet!
I am so lucky to have the support of my family, friends and my WW group. Also the following websites have been my mainstays:
Emily Bites
Skinny Taste
Laaloosh
Skinny Kitchen
Hungary-Girl
My favorite dish that is not here but is my go to lunch is my mango chutney chicken salad. It is so easy to make and so nummy.
Here is the recipe:
Boiled chicken tenders (chopped fine)
Red apple (chopped)
Green onion(minced)
2 tablespoons of mango chutney(snipped)
1 teaspoon of ginger
1/4 cup fat free mayo
Mix all together really well and refrigerate. I believe the mixture is 5 points per WW recipe builder.
Serving side around 1/3 cup.
And I cant live without my crunch master crackers. You can have 15 crackers for 4 points!
So if you plan it tight- it is about 6 -7 points per lunch.
