Btw - look for Aine's Picture on Rotary Club of Palatine Oktoberfest 2009 by this Thursday.  I was told she was going to be in the Daily Harald newspaper. She was such the hit! It was so funny because people were posing with her,posing with me -it was just way to fun!

Must Have Monday - excitement

I am very excited about these two areas - Fall movies - especially New Moon and PINK. I love Pink and would love to see her in concert. I just have to figure out if she is coming to chi-town. Of course confession time here - I have only been to one concern in my life - and that was pretty lame. I know! Scarry ain't it? What are you excited about?! Nan

Oh I am loving these Must HAVE MONDAYS! 

This week? Cooking!  As you have seen from my previous posts, I have been doing a lot of cooking as of late. Made me think of some of my LOVES and MUST HAVES.

LOVE:  Anything by Chicago Metallic. These are REALLY hard to find but I got the best cookie sheet ever at Dean and Deluca in Soho.  I adore the flagship store. Unfortunately, it looks like these are hard to get online unless you are a commercial baker. But if you can - I would jump at the chance! My cookie sheet has yet to warp! I love it! I also have a loaf pan and it perfect for pumbkin bread.

NEEDS: New rolling pin. I literally cracked my rolling pin! So I am thinking of getting one of the following. But which one? hmm.

THE OMG I WOULD LOVE TO HAVE THIS BUT I ONLY HAVE ONE RECIPE or Have NO use for it category:

After watching Julie and Julia I want to make everything with a dutch oven...

But which one to choose? I adore Ironclad pans but to have a real french enameled pan? TRES MAGNIFIQUE!

1. ME wants  I mean, the crank really serves a purpose!    2.Best Macbook Air sleeve EVER.  and I don't even have a mac laptop.

3 Dream car and mobile minihouse *swoon*  With these two beauties? I may even get my spoiled butt camping.    I mean for reals, it is a  modern airstream, it seriously folds and it has everything in there! SWEET.  How is that for uber organization and packing? 

And we can't forget a Puggy MUST HAVE MONDAY.  I present to you, Aine the puggy COOKIE MONSTER.
